This month in the Junior Room our theme was ‘The Doctor’s Surgery’. We learned about the work that doctors and nurses do.
In our role play area we learned the names of the instruments and equipment that doctors and nurses use, how to wrap a bandage and all about x-rays.
We made x-ray machines using junk art.
We learned about the skeleton and made our own for art.
In the construction corner we designed and built our own doctor’s surgeries.
